Revised Recipe of Pine nut Macaroons

Ingredients
  1. 100 grams coconut sugar
  2. 150 grams almond meal
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 100 grams pine nuts
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, process the coconut sugar, almond meal, vanilla and egg whites for a minute or so, until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Mix the whole pine nuts through into this mixture with a spoon and form walnut size mounds on a baking paper covered biscuit try.
  3. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees (320F) for 15-20 mins.
