This super satisfying smoothie is egg free and will leave you wanting more!
Who can guess what the BCC stands for?
- 2 Banana's
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 100g (0.220lbs) of raw Cashews soaked for 3-4 hours in 200ml of water then drained (this will ensure the cashews are softened for when you blend everything together)
- 80ml of freshly brewed strong coffee
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 400 ml coconut milk can
- Place banana's, coffee, drained cashews, cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut milk into a blender. (I use my hand blender with the bowl attached) Blend until smooth.
- Serve straight away, have a spoon handy to scoop up any extra at the end of the glass once finished!
- Mm coffee!
