BCC Breakfast Smoothie

Do you feel like having an eggless morning?
This super satisfying smoothie is egg free and will leave you wanting more!

Who can guess what the BCC stands for?

BCC Breakfast Smoothie

  1. 2 Banana's
  2. 1 tsp Cinnamon
  3. 100g (0.220lbs) of raw Cashews soaked for 3-4 hours in 200ml of water then drained (this will ensure the cashews are softened for when you blend everything together)
  4. 80ml of freshly brewed strong coffee
  5. 2 tsp maple syrup
  6. 400 ml coconut milk can
  1. Place banana's, coffee, drained cashews, cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut milk into a blender. (I use my hand blender with the bowl attached) Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve straight away, have a spoon handy to scoop up any extra at the end of the glass once finished!
  1. Mm coffee!
