A great side to add with meat. It taste so good you can eat the skin and seeds intact.
10 banana capsicums
Olive oil or ghee to cover the base of frypan plus a little more
1 Tbls Salt
Slice the stem off the capsicum and heat oil in a frypan to low heat.
Slowly fry the capsicum on each side until golden and the capsicum becomes soft and the skin wrinkly and charred.
Place in a bowl and season with the salt. Combine gently and serve as a side.
