A lovely, simple and tasty salad, with beautiful italian flavours. If your lucky like I was today you could have the tomato, basil and onion picked fresh from the garden.

Ingredients
3 large fresh tomatoes sliced
1/4 Spanish onion sliced
Handful of basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Method
Place tomato slices on the plate in an overlapping pattern.

Place basil leaves between tomato slices.

Sprinkle Spanish onion and salt to your liking.

Drizzle with a good amount of extra virgin olive oil.

Serve.

Alternatively you can cut tomato into wedges and combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
