One year has passed ever since I started my Gusto Paleo website. Posting my first ever recipe for Paleo Macaroons I have come a long way. I have never cooked so much in my life ever since starting my Paleo lifestyle. I’m proud to say I cook 98% of my families meals. Every meal is homemade unless we are away from home or I’m super tired and just put something in the oven for the kids.
Of course the most challenging part was to keep on track. Ever since starting a full time job I really miss those days I just used to cook without rushing. But after lots of pre-planning and bulk cooking I always manage to have food in the fridge to reheat or food ready to be cooked.
It’s funny when we do go out to a restaurant which is rare (mainly because our kids whinge the whole way through) my son whinges that the food is not quick like when mum cooks for us at home.
Of course my favourites would have to be all my zoodle recipes.
I love my lamb. One of my favourites would have to be our traditional Arrosticini
With over 144 posts and wonderful followers I really hope I have inspired one person everyday since I started this site.
I enjoy inspiring people by helping them make healthier choices and spreading my knowledge of cooking healthy.
If anyone is doing a Whole30 feel free to comment about your journey as my experience with Whole30 has always been positive and pulls the reigns so to speak.
One recipe that I really was so proud of was my childhood treat at Easter Paleo Mostaccioli.
