Rosemary and Almond meal Crumbed Lamb Chops

I love lamb! These Rosemary crumbed Lamb Chops are so delicious, you can add as much herbs as you like. Recipes are here to inspire you do the rest! Enjoy!

Rosemary and Almond meal Crumbed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  1. 6-8 lamb chops
  2. 1 1/2 cups of Almond meal
  3. sea salt and pepper
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 100g of ghee
  6. 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary chopped finely or 2 tablespoons
  7. 1/2 garlic clove
  8. 1 lemon to serve
Instructions
  1. Flatten the lamb chops with a kitchen mallet and season each side.
  2. In a bowl beat the egg and garlic, then add the lamb chops and turn to coat.
  3. In a flat dish combine the almond meal and rosemary.
  4. Coat the lamb chops in the almond that have been sitting in the egg mixture and flatten the coating with your hands. Set aside in a plate ready for frying. Press the almond meal down with your hands so it is tightly coated to the chops.
  5. Fry in a frypan with ghee until golden and cooked through.
  6. Arrange on a plate with some of the cooking juices. Add a lemon slice if desired
